Northeast Brand Ambassador

We are hiring a Northeast Brand ambassador to cultivate and grow a Key Chain Account. This is a remote position, and can be based in the following states: MA, CT, RI, VA, MD, DE, NJ.

Essential Duties

• Support merchandising strategies to showcase the winery's products, direction given by Corporate.

• Create eye-catching displays that highlight key wine selections, promotions, and brand messaging.

• Cultivate positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure the winery's products receive optimal visibility and support.

• Collaborate with store personnel to understand customer preferences and tailor merchandising efforts accordingly.

• Provide training sessions for staff, educating them about the winery's products, history, and unique selling points.

• Conduct product knowledge classes to keep store employees informed about new releases and promotions.

• Design visually appealing wine displays, considering aesthetics, space utilization, and thematic elements to attract customer attention.

• Ensure all displays adhere to the winery's brand guidelines and storytelling principles.

• Monitor product inventory levels in stores, coordinating restocking efforts and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

• Collaborate with the winery's National Sales Manager to streamline inventory logistics and minimize stockouts.

• Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and other marketing initiatives within stores to create buzz around the winery's products.

• Collaborate on joint promotions and exclusive offerings to attract customer interest.

Qualifications:

• 1 – 3 year's experience in the off premise.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and providing effective training sessions.

• Creative flair and a keen eye for visual presentation and display design.

• Knowledge of the wine industry, including varietals, wine production, and market trends a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools is a plus.
